We are equipped with advanced metrology instruments, including a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) for 3D measurement of complex geometries, ensuring micron-level accuracy and repeatability. Additional tools such as digital micrometers, vernier calipers, digital height gauges, go/no-go gauges, and surface roughness testers allow us to carry out a wide range of dimensional, visual, and functional inspections. Inspection is conducted at various key points: incoming inspection, in-process checks during critical machining phases, and final verification before packaging and dispatch.
